Before submitting your research paper, please ensure that it adheres to the specified format and guidelines:
Paper Format: Ensure that your paper is formatted according to the provided template.
Paper Length: Papers should not exceed 4 pages, including references, figures, and tables (specify the page limit).
Language: All papers must be submitted in English.
Follow these steps to submit your research paper:
- Submission Form
– Visit the conference website.
– Click on the “Submission” and then “Submit Paper” tab.
– Please wait to be shown the submission form.
- Author Information:
– Provide information about Correspond author.
– Include their full names, affiliations, and email addresses.
- Paper Title and Abstract:
– Fill in the paper title and an abstract (a brief summary of your paper).
- Upload Paper:
– Upload your research paper in Doc and PDF format as .Zip or .Rar.
– Ensure your paper follows the specified format and guidelines.
- Confirm and Submit:
– Review all the information you have entered.
– Confirm that all details are correct.
– Click “Submit.”
– After submission, your paper will undergo a peer-review process.
– You will receive notification of acceptance or rejection by email within a specified timeframe.
– If accepted, follow the instructions provided for the final registration.
– If your paper is accepted, you will be required to present it at the conference.
– Ensure that at least one of the authors registers for the conference and attends to present the paper (online or in-person).
– Be aware of submission deadlines, notification dates, and conference dates. Refer to the conference website for details.
