Notification of Acceptance
7 days after submission

Decisions will be emailed to the corresponding author. If revisions are required, follow the reviewer comments.

Regular Registration
August 25, 2026

Complete registration before this date to secure inclusion in the program and proceedings.

Presentation File Submission
September 1, 2026

Upload your final presentation (PPTX/PDF). Use the provided presentation template and check audio/video before your session.

Conference Dates
September 10-11, 2026
