Reviewer & Paper Review Process
1. Reviewer Selection
- Scientific committee of experts with proven knowledge and experience.
- Two reviewers assigned per paper.
- Selection based on subject-matter expertise.
2. Review Process
- Assignment upon submission.
- Criteria: originality, clarity, methodology, contribution, references, ethics.
3. Reviewer Responsibilities
- Provide constructive and objective feedback.
- Highlight strengths and weaknesses.
- Maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.
4. Evaluation & Recommendations
- Each reviewer submits detailed comments.
- Possible outcomes: Accept, Minor Revisions, Reject.
5. Author Notification
- Authors notified within specified timeframe.
- Revisions include detailed reviewer feedback.
6. Final Acceptance
Papers meeting the standards are accepted for presentation.
7. Presentation & Attendance
At least one author must register and present (online or in-person).
