Step-by-step instructions for submitting your paper to AICCS 2026

Prepare Your Manuscript
The paper should normally be between 4,000 and 6,000 words, excluding references. Language: English only. Ensure good quality figures (≥300 dpi).2
Add Author Information
Provide names, affiliations, and emails of all authors. Identify the corresponding author clearly.3
Title, Abstract & Keywords
Provide a clear paper title, abstract (≤250 words) and 3–6 keywords describing your research.4
Upload Your Paper
Upload both .docx and .pdf versions in a single .zip or .rar file. Use simple filenames (e.g.Lastname_AICCE2026.docx).

Confirm & Submit
Review all details carefully, then click Submit. You will receive a confirmation email with your Paper ID.6
Review & Notification
Your paper will be peer-reviewed. You will receive acceptance or rejection by email within the announced timeline.Quick Checklist
