Presentation Timing
Each speaker is allocated 15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
Speaker Attendance
All speakers must be present for the entire session. Punctuality ensures smooth coordination and the possibility of being the first speaker.
Conference Platform
The conference will be held via ZOOM. A joining link and instructions will be emailed to all participants.
Technical Setup
Ensure all presentation materials are ready and tested at least 10 minutes before your session.
Punctuality & Breaks
Sessions start promptly. Join 5 minutes early. Short breaks and a lunch break will be provided for preparation and networking.
Session Moderators & Networking
Moderators will introduce speakers and manage Q&A. Virtual networking rooms will be available during breaks.
Time Zone & Presentation Files
All times are in GMT. Prepare presentation files using the standard template and share your screen during your session.
